Life is the art of the encounter

“Don’t follow the footsteps of your teachers:

look for what they are searching for, instead.”

Whilst attending the 4 year formation at the Yoga Ratna School, I kept on researching and studying, and came across a couple of schools that were really interesting:
the person of Nieves Lopez, in her Corrective Yoga® method has changed the way my body moves and researches to move.

Although I am not an affiliate, certified teacher, I have been following her almost daily, on her Online Academy, and I am currently sharing some of her wisdom in a practice that balances bones, muscles and nervous system.

Less Asana, but more movement:
see you
every Tuesday night at 6 PM
in the Kulturzentrum
Am Denkmal 31A, 15757, Halbe

“Technique means exploration, the ability to be present in every corner of the body as you do a position or as you enter or exit.
It is an active presence that is to be asked for, the one capable of generating movement or change within our body.
The body benefits but more importantly our awareness and sensitivity grow.
To study technique in yoga practice is to learn to decondition the body and mind from the daily automatisms that block us and to grow in awareness!”
