“Ratna” means jewel - Yoga Ratna is the discipline that connects the Asana to their myth

Once we embody the symbol, we are prompted to opening to it - and from it we learn

The nervous system aligns, the breath deepens and the amount of energy increases

What I love about Yoga Ratna is the deep sensation of expansion I am left with: I feel wide inside, and all my cells are nourished. I look like I descended from heaven, and there I often make deep transformative discoveries.

Is the founder of Yoga Ratna method. She has experienced Yoga in India, as a practice for warriors, and she claimed “I want to be a warrioress”. Every Asana is seen from its symbolic perspective, the myth and the pauses between the holding of each pose are the foundation of her flow. A particular attention to Pranayama as originally intended: the flow of the energy in the body, in every space, in every cell.

This practice opens up to deep levels of wisdom and presence in the body. Each sequence is designed around a theme, to work specifically on one outcome. Embodying the symbol helps us deconstruct our over-structure, discover our true self and take the courage to rebuild from that.

I have discovered Yoga Ratna during Summer 2013. I was given “The big book of Yoga”, where Gabriella Cella performed asanas, gestures, breath work and sequences with deep insight: she knew what would be the ultimate benefit of every posture, and which ones should be aligned in order to form a sequence that could heal constipation or headaches.

Fascinated, I tried them all by myself, following the meditations and the detox diets, whilst continuing my acting career, promising myself to subscribe to the teachers school (S.I.Y.R.), in Piacenza. I received the diploma in 2024, after 4 years of studying in which I was already teaching it in Berlin, online and in my Yurt - collective classes or one to one programs.

An Asana sequence has a true power of moving the energy and unblock the obstacles for its flow. The pauses between the Asanas align the nervous system, resulting in peace.

A powerful practice never to give up. The world of Prana is vast, the breath is an important part of it. There we start.

Every part of the body can be awaken and stretched just by allowing our attention and breath to flow there. Various techniques open all the organs to the natural osmosis of energy.

Every lesson is designed around your needs. The one to one program takes place over 10 meetings in 5 weeks, in which I try to understand the somatic language of your body, and find ways to help you release the long lasting tensions that have inhabited it. All the Yoga techniques, myths and symbols are at this service, and my empathetic listening joins mindful and useful questions that can help you advance and transform.
