I. Yoga and Emotions: from the Inner world

Through the centering of our mind into the postures of the body,

we can achieve the connection to what the Asana really symbolizes.

When that happens, we are able to transcend the form, by aligning to its meaning:

we become, in the warrior, the overall victorious one;

or the medium through which the opposite are touching when we embody the tree…

That opens our own connection to the infinite, which is silent, that belongs to the void.

All that, moves inside of us, is seen by us in the attempt not to attach to it,

and this results in an increased presence into our breath flow, into the posture.

This triggers that magic sensation of full inner peace, that happens meanwhile

our nervous system aligns, our physicality trains, our emotions purify.

Join MaVie on Saturday the 9th of November to clean the way your own emotions affect your thinking and your actions.

II. Yoga and Emotions: cleaning their outcome

Sometimes our emotional outbursts don’t even allow us to recognize who we are.

What we saw and imitate is now what we reproduce,

and we only understand that our attitude is not reflecting who we really are, when it’s often too late.

Yet, were we able to pause and observe, we might become capable to act towards change.

This sequence of Yoga postures will take us from the origin to the outcome,

from the intuitive plunging, to the wise act of pausing and taking distance:

we will work on the arrogance, the pride, the know-it-all attitude, and those

traits of our character that prevent us from being real and present,

in order to see and welcome, accept and incorporate them.

By allowing our louder side to show itself, we will be able to

open a dialogue of deep understanding.

Through Yoga, this connection becomes a true alliance of opposite forces,

that leaves us in a feeling of neutrality from which this is easy to observe.

The “observation" in the Ashtanga Marga of Patanjali, is second to last to the MokSa*.

Sit at the horizon of your *liberation alongside to like-wised people.

On Saturday the 23d of November, from 17:30 to 19:15.

Participant fee per session:
