My family constellation
Twice in my life, one by chance, the other not so…
Don’t share the experience right away, they say: let it act within you.
Little did I know, it wasn’t acting exclusively within me, but it was touching my whole family, somehow. And I got to discover things of my relatives that no-one knew, not because the dead communicated with me, no. I just connected to them. And that happened through the help of someone else, who was holding the constellation, channeling time and space into the infinite present moment.
And when I saw my “olds” organizing their suspended things, I blessed them, to sort of freeing them from that episode which they couldn’t resolve.
I forgave, I gave advice, I said “this is your role, and not mine”, or “thank you for doing your job”. And experienced the wave of emotions running through my body, shaking it or producing goose bumps.
Lighter I felt, and intuitively known something gained its right place again.
Little matter the conclusions over my life, the why’s, the how’s. They are simply me, and I am now trying to give you a physical impression of what a family constellation is.
The most accurate I can be in describing it is:
we are all suspended in time, and our body cells feel il and open to the sensations that they can receive from the great unknown. We “make a call”, by asking a question, and we open to what arrives to our intuition. The making of it is very simple, and that’s part of the why it is so wonderful and life changing.
A family constellation is life changing, because you bring something that doesn’t belong to you, yet torments you, and you solve it forever not only for you, but for your lineage.
For example, you can notice you get angry, but you don’t thing it belongs to you; or any time you hear a specific sound, you remember something you never lived … the family constellation connect you with that by calling the members of your family, those souls who searched for you to heal the lineage.
I decided to host one in the Yurt, next 2nd of December 2023, Saturday.
See you there.
