MEDITATION IS THE NAME of the game
I luckily find myself in that happy place where not only I get to do what I really like: I also can put in it all the qualities of myself!
And I am so grateful for all the support and the motivation you people give me: your wise compliments are the encouragement I need to keep working on myself!
To be honest, I am not that much of a meditator: once a day, almost every day, between 10 and 30 minutes. Yet, I bring the meditative attitude in my Yoga practice, so I can follow the inner and outer movements with my undivided attention.
Some time ago, I decided I was worthy and ready for clients, and I opened to the universe to get me extraordinary people whom I could work with in the realm of their interiority, on the stones of their inner path. Little did I know, that the requests weren’t going to be in fact only about Yoga!
When Lucrezia and Serena contacted me to learn something more about meditation, I suddenly thought about welcoming them in my Yurt for a small retreat: they don’t have more than 48 hours to focus on the thing, because they decide to focus on the development of their working careers.
Isn’t it that everything is possible when you really want it?
I know by experience that with meditation you just have to start, and you have to keep on going thanks to having learnt solid basis of this practice. I am now 4 years into it, and I recently understood how it works - is then maybe because of this that they now arrived to me? … therefore I decided that in order to help them I would have created a path of 3 online meetings with explanations and meditations, and that I would organize their stay as if they were actually joining a Vipassana course - just way shorter!
I also understand that the curiosity equals the pressure, and I trust that when they would feel ready to join the true course they will.
By now I know what I can gift is the approach to meditation through the precepts of Yoga, and I am starting by Yama and Niyama!
I still have to understand how to then bring this work to more people, but I guess this is what this experience is for!
